Each package offers progressive levels of testing. Lifestyle Lite (£245) covers 40+ core biomarkers. Lifestyle (£345) adds a 30-min GP consultation and personal wellness action plan. Lifestyle & Hormones (£445) includes comprehensive hormone testing, 30-min GP consultation, and wellness action plan. Advanced (£645) provides 100+ biomarkers including autoimmune markers, allergy panel, cancer markers, cortisol, 30-min GP consultation with priority, and wellness action plan.
The Lifestyle Lite package (£245) includes AI Doctor guidance for understanding your results but does not include a GP consultation. The Lifestyle (£345), Lifestyle & Hormones (£445), and Advanced (£645) packages all include a 30-min consultation with a GMC-registered GP and a personal wellness action plan.
Most results are available within 24-48 hours via our secure online portal. You'll receive an email notification when your results are ready. For packages with GP consultations, we'll help you book your consultation once results are in.
Yes, you can purchase additional testing at any time. If you've had a basic panel and want more comprehensive testing, simply book a new appointment with your preferred package. We recommend the Lifestyle, Lifestyle & Hormones, or Advanced packages for those wanting GP consultation and comprehensive health monitoring.
For accurate metabolic and lipid results, we recommend fasting for 10-12 hours before your appointment. You can drink water during this time. When you book, we'll provide specific preparation instructions based on your chosen package.
