Strength training with enough protein is the most reliable way to hold on to muscle while you lose fat. It keeps your shape and your metabolism, and it is a large part of why the weight stays off afterwards.

How we built it

We read the research first, then built backwards.

Most programmes start with a treatment and add nothing. We started with the studies, took everything that changes the result, and built it into three programmes. What treatment will I be on?+
Your doctor prescribes the most appropriate licensed weight loss medication for you at your consultation, where clinically suitable, based on your history and goals.
Why does this cost more than a website that just posts a treatment?+
The medicine is the easy part, and it is broadly the same wherever you get it. Keeping the result, and protecting the muscle you would otherwise lose, is the hard part. That is what the nutritionist, the strength coaching and the body composition scanning are for.
What is a body composition scan and why do you use it?+
It is the reference standard scan used in the landmark weight loss studies. It separates fat from muscle, so we can see whether you are losing the right kind of weight, which a set of scales simply cannot do.
How long is the programme?+
Most people stay with us for around twelve months, the period the research is built on, then move into a planned phase to hold the result. Your clinical team guides the timing.
Is it safe and properly supervised?+
Yes. Care is led by a doctor, treatment is supplied only where clinically appropriate after assessment, and you are reviewed regularly with the right bloods throughout.
Can I move between programmes?+
Yes. Many people begin with The Foundation and step up to add a nutritionist, scanning or coaching as they go. Your clinical team will guide the timing.
