Every package includes a venous blood draw at our clinic (or +£45 for TDL Wimpole Street walk-in), laboratory analysis by TDL, a digital results report, and a personalised wellness action plan. Core Wellness and above also include a 15-minute GP results call to discuss your results and next steps.
Core Wellness (£295) and above include a 15-minute GP results call. For The Essential (£195), you can add a GP results call for £95. Regardless of your package, a qualified doctor reviews every set of results before they're sent to you along with your personalised action plan.
The Essential and Core Wellness: within 24 hours. Complete Health MOT: 24–48 hours. Advanced Screen: 48–72 hours. Longevity+: 3–5 working days (advanced cardiovascular markers like ApoB and Lp(a) require specialised analysis).
For The Essential and Core Wellness, fasting is preferred but not required — your lipid and glucose results will be most accurate after a 10–12 hour fast. For Complete, Advanced and Longevity+ packages (which include fasting glucose and/or insulin), we require a 10–12 hour overnight fast. Water is fine. We'll send you clear preparation instructions when you book.
No. You can book any package directly — no GP referral required. All tests are ordered and supervised by our GMC-registered doctors as part of The Wellness clinical team.
You have two options: (1) At The Wellness clinic — included in all packages, (2) Walk-in at TDL, 60 Whitfield Street, Fitzrovia — £45 additional. All blood draws are performed by qualified, experienced phlebotomists using venous draw — the clinical gold standard.
Yes. If your results suggest further investigation, you can upgrade to a higher package or add individual tests. Our GP will advise on the most appropriate next steps based on your results.
