For hotels

A doctor at your guest room door within the hour, seven days a week

One line for the desk, answered by a person, eight in the morning until eight at night on a weekday.

The Wellness sends a GMC registered doctor to a hotel room in central London, usually within the hour, seven days a week. A guest can have a consultation, blood tests, prescriptions delivered to the hotel, and intravenous treatment in the room. A visit is £400. Concierge desks have a direct line and a code for their guests.

Two ways to agree terms

A rate for your guests

Your guests pay a rate agreed with you, below the published price, and the desk pays nothing.

A fee to the desk

Your guests pay the published price and the concierge who recommends us is paid a fee on each visit.

The private page

Every signed property gets a page at a short address only that desk holds. The property name is at the top, a guest is booked in four fields, and the visit is on the road before the call would have connected. It is not indexed and it is not in the sitemap.

What a head concierge asks

For a hotel in zones one and two, a doctor is usually at the door inside sixty minutes of the desk ringing. Outside those hours a doctor rings back and we tell the desk a time before anyone waits. We would rather say ninety minutes and arrive in seventy than promise an hour we cannot keep.

A visit is £400, which covers the doctor for up to an hour in the room. Blood tests start at £350, an infusion at £225, and a certificate at £50. Anything dispensed is charged at cost plus the pharmacy fee. The guest is told every figure before the doctor is sent, and Sofian writes your rate card before a single guest is seen.

No. The guest is our patient, the contract is with the guest, and the doctor carries their own medical indemnity. We hold public liability and professional indemnity cover and the certificates go to your risk team before we start.

The doctor decides that in the room and stays until the ambulance arrives. For anything less urgent we arrange a consultant through our partner network, usually within the week, and the guest keeps the record wherever they fly next.

We consult in English and in Arabic. For anything else we bring an interpreter onto the call rather than let a guest describe pain in a language they are guessing at.

Not unless you ask us to. No hotel is named anywhere on this site, and yours will not be either until you have signed and told us in writing that you want it. Your private page is not indexed until you ask for that too.

A telephone number for the desk, a name we write to, and half an hour. Your page and your code are live the same day.
