Yes. A personal butler can be arranged by the day at The Ritz, and the butler can ring us with the room. We then speak to the guest ourselves, and nothing clinical goes back through the butler.
Do you see children staying at The Ritz?
We see children from three months, always with a parent or guardian present. Children under 12 stay in their parents’ Junior Suite at The Ritz, so a doctor who has seen a child once can return later in the stay.
