For concierges and assistants

A code, a fee on the first appointment that happens, and a bill you can put through your own books.

Send us somebody you look after, and we pay you on the first appointment they keep

The Wellness pays a fee to concierge companies, executive assistants, family office staff and hotel desks who recommend us. You get a code. When somebody who used it completes their first appointment we pay 15% of what they paid, capped at £500, within 30 days, as a vendor bill with a reference.

The rule

  • The fee15% of the appointment
  • The most one referral pays£500
  • Paid onThe first completed appointment
  • Paid within30 days

The fee is 15% of what the person paid for their first completed appointment, capped at £500 and paid within 30 days as a vendor bill with a reference. It is paid once per person, not on anything they book afterwards. An appointment under £150 carries no fee. The person pays the published price either way, because the fee comes out of our margin and never out of theirs.

How it works

Step 1

You ask for a code
Four fields on this page. The code is yours the same day and it is the address of a page you can send to somebody on a phone.

Step 2

Somebody uses it
They book through the code or say it on the telephone. It sits on their record from the first message, so nobody has to remember it later.

Step 3

They keep the appointment
The fee is earned the moment the appointment happens, not when they enquire and not when they pay.

Step 4

We raise the bill
A vendor bill in your name, with the reference, the date and the amount, paid within 30 days without you raising anything.

What people ask before they take a code

For a non clinical introduction, yes. What is not allowed is a doctor being paid to send a patient somewhere, so a clinician referring a patient uses a different page and is never paid a fee. If you are regulated in a way that forbids taking one, tell us and we will take the referral without the code.

No. They pay the published price, which is on the site, and the fee comes out of what we make rather than out of what they pay. If we ever changed that we would have to say so on the page they book from, which is the reason it will not change.

An appointment under £150 carries no fee, and that is the whole exception. Everything above it pays 15% up to £500. We would rather say that plainly than have you send somebody for a telephone consultation and find out afterwards.

The bill tells you. It carries the reference, the date and the amount, and it arrives whether or not you chased it. We do not tell you who it was for or what it was about, because that is theirs.

Yes, and most do. A code belongs to whoever the bill is made out to, so a concierge company takes one code and its staff use it. If the individual is the one who should be paid, the code is theirs and the bill is in their name.

Yes, and it is one or the other rather than both. A rate means the person you send pays less than the published price and nobody is paid a fee. A fee means they pay the published price and you are paid. Tell us which and we write it into the code.
