No. We are a private clinic. We need your name, a date of birth, a telephone number and the address you are staying at, which can be a hotel. A prescription is dispensed to a UK address, and your hotel is a UK address.

A visit to your room is £400 and covers up to an hour with the doctor. A telephone consultation is £59 and a video consultation is £150. Blood tests start at £350 and a certificate at £50. Medicine is charged at cost plus the pharmacy fee. You are told every figure before anyone is sent.

For a hotel in central London a doctor is usually at the door inside sixty minutes. Monday to Friday eight until eight, Saturday nine until five, Sunday ten until four. Outside those hours you can still message us and a doctor rings you back.
