Within those hours you can see a GP the same day at 4 Baker Street, Marylebone, or 9 Eccleston Street, Belgravia, for £220, speak to a GP by telephone for £59, or have a doctor visit your home or hotel from £450. Step 1
Ring 999, or go to an emergency department, for chest pain, difficulty breathing, signs of a stroke, a seizure, heavy bleeding or a serious injury.

Ring NHS 111 or use 111.nhs.uk. The NHS service is free and answers through the night, and it can arrange for you to be seen.

A pharmacist can advise on coughs, colds, sore throats and minor injuries without an appointment.

You can book online at any time. A message sent after 9pm is answered when the clinic reopens at 7am, so do not wait for our reply if the problem is urgent.
