Signature includes up to 12 same-day appointments in clinic and 36 phone or video consultations a year, and Platinum 24 and 72. That is many times what most people need. Beyond it, appointments are at member prices.
Not included
Hospital treatment, specialist fees, medicines, visits to doctors abroad, and scans or tests beyond those listed. We arrange them at member rates and give you the price first.
Your membership
Twelve months from the day you join, and it does not renew unless you ask us to. We write to you 30 days and 7 days before it ends. Your records stay yours, and you can read and download them after it ends. Membership is not an emergency service. In an emergency, call 999.

What is concierge medicine?
Concierge medicine is private primary care that you join as a member. You get a doctor who knows you, same-day access, and the arranging done for you. At The Wellness that means a same-day appointment in London, a doctor by phone or video from any country, house calls, and a team that books your tests, scans and specialists. It is private primary care, not insurance.
How much does concierge medicine cost in London?
At The Wellness, Signature is £6,950 a year, or £610 a month for twelve months. Platinum is £17,450 a year, or £1,530 a month. The Family Office retainer is £40,000 a year for one person, £100,000 for a principal and three, and £20,000 for each further member.
Can I join if I live outside the UK?
Yes. Your doctor is on the phone or video from any country, and you are seen in person at our London clinics when you are in London. If you need to be seen in person abroad, we find a trusted local doctor or clinic, book you in and send your record ahead. The visit itself is paid at our partner rates.
Do I still need private medical insurance?
Many members keep it. Membership pays for your doctor, the same day, and the planning around your health. Insurance pays for hospital treatment, specialists and surgery. They cover different things.
How much is a house call?
A doctor to your home, hotel or office is £450. Members in London pay £400. Signature includes two house calls a year and Platinum six.
What does the Family Office membership include?
A named physician on annual retainer, for one person or a whole household. Every person has everything in Platinum. On top, the physician holds fifty families, answers their own number at any hour, comes to the house and attends specialist appointments and admissions. Hospital care and tests beyond Platinum are at cost plus twenty per cent.
How much is a private GP membership at The Wellness?

What does the membership include?
Signature includes same-day GP appointments at our London clinics, a doctor by phone or video from any country, a yearly blood test chosen with your doctor, the flu vaccine, two house calls and three guest passes. Platinum adds a named physician and a personal concierge, the executive physical every year, a longevity plan reviewed every quarter, six house calls and ten guest passes.
Where are your clinics?
In London. Our clinics include Marylebone, at 10 Portman Square, W1H 6AZ, and Belgravia, at 9 Eccleston Street, SW1W 9LX, open from 7am to 9pm every day. Your doctor can also come to your home, hotel or office.
Can I see a GP without joining?
Yes. A same-day appointment at our clinic is £220, a video consultation £150, a telephone consultation £59, and a doctor to your home or hotel £450. Membership is for people who want the same doctor, and want to see them whenever they need to.
Can my family join?
Yes. You can add everyone when you join, in one payment. Each person has their own membership at its own price, and their own record. Guest passes also give a family member or friend a same-day appointment on your membership.
Can my doctor prescribe?
Yes, at any appointment, in person or by video, when you need it. The medicines themselves are not included in membership.
Is this instead of my NHS GP?
It can sit alongside it. Many members keep their NHS GP, and with your permission we send them your results and letters so your record stays in one place.
How quickly will I be seen?
In London, the same day you ask. By phone or video, usually within the hour, from any country. Overnight, answers straight away and a doctor calls you back when it cannot wait.
Is there a limit on appointments?
Yes. Signature includes up to 12 same-day appointments in clinic and 36 by phone or video a year. Platinum includes 24 and 72. The average person in England has about five consultations with their GP practice a year, according to a University of Oxford study of 100 million consultations. Beyond the limit, appointments are at member prices.
Is what is included backed by evidence?
Yes. Your heart and diabetes risk, blood pressure and cholesterol are checked the way national guidance recommends, and screening follows your age and history. We do not test everyone for everything. A PSA test, for example, comes after we have talked through its benefits and harms with you, as UK guidance advises.
What is the executive physical?
A full day with your physician. Your history, a full examination, the Advanced bloods, your heart and body composition, and the screening your age calls for, with the results gone through before you leave and a written plan to follow. It is included every year on Platinum.
Which scans are included?
The ones the evidence supports for you. On Platinum that means the screening your age and history call for, a heart scan (a CT calcium score) among it when your heart risk is borderline or intermediate, repeated every few years rather than every year. We do not scan everyone for everything, because scans without a reason find shadows that lead to worry and more tests. Anything else, including a whole body MRI, we book for you at member prices.
What happens when I am abroad?
Your doctor is on the phone or video from any country. If you need to be seen in person, we find a trusted local doctor or clinic, book you in and send your record ahead. The visit itself is paid at our partner rates. On Platinum, your physician also speaks to any hospital that admits you.
What is a guest pass?
A same-day GP appointment at our clinic for a family member or a friend, on your membership. Signature includes three a year and Platinum ten.
What are member prices?
10% off scans, specialist appointments we arrange, our longevity programmes and everything in the Boutique, and our partner rates for care abroad. You always know the price before anything is booked.
How do I pay?
By card when you join, for the year upfront, or monthly over twelve months, which comes to £370 more on Signature and £910 more on Platinum. Your membership runs for twelve months from the day you join and does not renew unless you ask us to.
