For referring clinicians
Every referral is read by Sofian, who answers the same working day.
Clinicians refer patients to The Wellness in London by telephone, email or the form on this page. A named liaison answers the same working day, offers an appointment the same week, and sends a letter within two working days of the consultation. We see private GP, blood panels, imaging, dermatology and psychiatry.
Within two working days of the consultation, to you by secure email, with the history taken, the examination, the results and what we asked the patient to do. Where we start a medicine, the letter says the dose and the review date.
With the patient’s written consent you receive read access to their record here, including results as they land. Without that consent you receive the letter and nothing else.
The patient’s name, a number they answer, one line on what you are asking us to do, and anything you have already tried. A full history is welcome and is not required for us to ring the patient today.
No. We see the patient for the thing you referred, we write to you, and we send them back. Where a patient asks to move to us, we tell you before we accept them.
Every price is published on this site. A telephone consultation is £59, an appointment is £150, same day is £220 and a visit is £400. Blood panels are £350, £650 and £1,395. Nothing is quoted to a patient that is not on the page.
Inside our hours we usually can. Monday to Friday eight until eight, Saturday nine until five, Sunday ten until four. Ring rather than email if the answer needs to be today.
No. We do not pay clinicians for patients and we would not want a referral that depended on it.
