A GMC registered doctor comes to your home, hotel or office anywhere in London, every day from 7am to 9pm, and stays for up to an hour. They examine you, treat you there, prescribe and arrange tests or a referral, and the same team can see you again in clinic at Portman Square or Belgravia. The desk tells you the earliest time a doctor can reach you before you confirm, and we publish no promised arrival time. A home visit is from £450, a hotel visit £495 by day and £595 in the evening, and members pay £400.
At The Wellness you see a named GP for 30 minutes, the same doctor can see you again, and the doctor who orders a test reads the result and tells you what happens next.
Seeing the same doctor matters. A systematic review found 22 studies of continuity of doctor care and mortality, and 18 of them reported lower death rates when patients saw the same doctor more often. Pereira Gray and colleagues, Continuity of care with doctors, a matter of life and death? A systematic review of continuity of care and mortality, BMJ Open, 2018
Results that nobody acts on are a known failure in outpatient care. A systematic review of 19 studies found that between 6.8% and 62% of laboratory results were not followed up, and missed results were linked to delayed diagnoses. Callen and colleagues, Failure to follow-up test results for ambulatory patients, a systematic review, Journal of General Internal Medicine, 2012

Message us with where you are, and the desk will tell you the earliest time a doctor can reach you before you confirm. Messages are usually answered within minutes.
Ask the deskCheck the time of day, because evening, weekend and night visits cost more at most services.
Check whether the fee is a flat visit or charged by the hour, and from when the clock starts.
Ask whether tests and medicines are added to the fee.

In England, practices where patients saw their usual GP more often had fewer hospital admissions for conditions that good primary care can usually manage.
