What a network gets

  • Same day telephone and video across the United Kingdom, Monday to Friday 8am to 8pm, Saturday 9am to 5pm, Sunday 10am to 4pm
  • In person in Marylebone, same day where the diary allows
  • A written report on an assessment within 2 to 3 working days
  • Every fee published on this site, and the same fee to a member as to a self paying patient
  • Referral onward to imaging, psychiatry and specialist opinion through our own network

Where we stop

  • One clinic, in London. In person care does not reach a member outside the M25 and we will say so on the first call rather than after a booking
  • No inpatient beds and no theatre. Anything needing either is referred and billed by the provider who does it
  • No provider number with Bupa, AXA or Vitality today, so a member of those three pays us and claims

The questions a network asks

Every doctor is registered with the General Medical Council, and each is named on this site with their training and qualifications. Regulated services are delivered through registered partner clinics, UKAS accredited laboratories and registered pharmacies, and the registration of each is named in the documents.

Two to three working days on an assessment report from the date of the appointment. Five to seven on a tribunal or pension report where records have to be reviewed. We say before we start if the question cannot be answered from what exists.

No. The schedule on this page is the schedule at the desk. A clinic quoting one number to a network and another to a patient is a clinic an auditor will find.

Same day telephone and video across the United Kingdom during opening hours, and in person in Marylebone the same day where the diary allows. Above a few hundred members a week we plan the doctor hours before we agree to it.

Recognition on the same terms as Aviva and WPA, so a member books directly and we bill you rather than the member paying and claiming. That is the whole of the ask.

The Trust Centre on this site carries the sub processors, the security statement, the data flow and a draft data processing agreement, each with a status and a date. Nothing there is behind a form.

We make no claim about what any policy covers. Cover is decided by the insurer. If a member is seriously unwell, call 999 or go to their nearest emergency department.
