A MSH International member in London can be seen by a private doctor the same day, in clinic or at the hotel. We can ask MSH International for a guarantee of payment before the visit, with the member’s agreement.

If you are a MSH International member
Whether a visit is covered depends on your policy. With your agreement we can ask MSH International for a guarantee of payment before you are seen. Where direct settlement is not in place, you pay at the visit and we give you an itemised invoice and medical report for your claim.
MSH International runs six claims departments and an app that holds the member’s card, and a London visit with us is claimed through that app.

How does an MSH member claim after seeing you?
In the MSH App, by photographing or uploading the proof of treatment. Our itemised invoice and report are the proof the app asks for.
Can you bill MSH through its Providers’ Area?
Only network providers do, and we are not one. You pay at the visit and claim through the app.
Does the MSH International claims team get the report?
It goes to MSH International once the member agrees, the same hour the doctor finishes, with the diagnosis, the treatment and what happens next.
Can you treat a MSH International member at their hotel rather than send them to hospital?
Often. A doctor treats the MSH International member where they are staying, and only refers on to a hospital when the examination calls for it.
What does the invoice for a MSH International case show?
Each service on its own line with its fee, the date, the doctor, and the guarantee or case reference on every page. Our fee schedule for insured and sponsored care is available to provider teams on request.
