Every other practice in this table charges less than Dentistry by The Wellness for a first appointment. Harley Street Dental Clinic, Luceo Dental and Harley Street Dental Studio each charge £150, which is less than half the fee for our smile assessment. Luceo Dental and Harley Street Dental Studio publish a single implant with its crown from £3,650 and at £3,790, compared with our fee from £5,250. You may prefer a single practice if you want to see the same dentist at the same address at every visit.
You might choose Dentistry by The Wellness if you want to know every fee before you book. Our smile assessment costs from £315, which is the highest first appointment fee in this table. At the assessment, you receive a written treatment plan and a fixed fee. The Wellness then books your treatment with London dental specialists at several clinics and coordinates your care. If you only need a routine check up, it costs from £235.

A dental check up is a routine examination of your teeth, gums and mouth. At Dentistry by The Wellness it costs from £235 and takes about 30 minutes. A smile assessment is the first appointment before any treatment, such as whitening, veneers or implants. It costs from £315 and includes a digital scan and a written plan with the exact fee.
Your dentist examines your teeth, takes a digital scan of your upper and lower teeth and takes photographs. You then receive a written treatment plan with the exact fee. The assessment takes about 45 minutes and costs from £315. Your plan and its fee are valid for six months.
Your treatment is carried out by London dental specialists at several clinics, chosen for the treatment you need. You book and pay through The Wellness, which coordinates your care. The Wellness does not have its own dental surgery.
All eight practices on this page publish a fee list on their own website. Harley Street Dental Studio says its list is a guide and does not include every fee. We checked each list on 17 September 2026.
