A concierge doctor in London comes to your home, hotel or office, and at The Wellness a visit costs £450 for up to an hour with the doctor. A membership suits people who expect to need a doctor several times a year, and a single visit suits a one-off need.
A concierge membership charges a yearly fee for direct access to a doctor, with visits or appointments included. Paying per visit costs nothing while you are well, so it usually suits people who see a doctor once or twice a year.
Look for a doctor with a licence to practise on the GMC medical register, and a provider registered with the Care Quality Commission1. Treating disease, disorder or injury is a regulated activity in England, which is why that registration matters2.
A private GP usually sees you in a clinic or by video, one appointment at a time. A concierge doctor also comes to you, and often works through a membership with a yearly fee.

Doctorcall from £195 is less than half our visit price and it puts a GP in the room. If a guest needs one consultation and nothing else, that is the cheaper answer. Medical Express at £150 in clinic is cheaper again for anybody well enough to walk to Harley Street.
A doctor for up to an hour rather than a visit fee and a clock. Blood taken in the room and read the same day. A prescription dispensed and delivered to the desk. And a record the guest keeps, which reaches whichever country they fly to next.
