For a full arch, Harley Street Dental Studio charges from £14,000 per arch for All on 4, and Harley Street Dental Clinic charges from £15,000 per arch. Our full arch fee is from £24,000 per arch.

Full arch implant fees start at between £14,000 and £24,000 per arch at the four practices named here. Harley Street Dental Studio charges from £14,000 per arch for All on 4. Harley Street Dental Clinic charges from £15,000 per arch, and Wimpole Street Dental Clinic charges from £15,000. Dentistry by The Wellness charges from £24,000 per arch. Howe and colleagues found that 96.4% of implants were still in place after ten years. They consider 93.2% the more realistic estimate (Journal of Dentistry, 2019).
