Is The Wellness one of Henner’s direct settlement providers?
No. You pay at the visit, unless Henner has issued a letter to us, and claim with our itemised invoice and report.
Can you treat a Henner member at their hotel rather than send them to hospital?
Where it is safe, yes. The doctor examines and treats in the room, prescribes, and arranges blood tests. If the member needs a hospital, the doctor says so and arranges it.
What does the invoice for a Henner case show?
Every fee on its own line against the Henner reference, dated and signed by the treating doctor. Provider teams can ask for our fee schedule for insured and sponsored care.
Which languages can a Henner member be seen in?
English and Arabic in person. For any other language we bring an interpreter onto the call before the visit.
