Whether a visit is covered depends on your policy. With your agreement we can ask International SOS for a guarantee of payment before you are seen. Where direct settlement is not in place, you pay at the visit and we give you an itemised invoice and medical report for your claim.
International SOS runs its 24 hour Assistance Centre from London, and its guarantees of payment state the services covered, which our invoices follow line by line.

Yes. Its guarantee of payment states the services covered and can set a limit. We work inside it and ask the case manager before anything outside it.
