Whether a visit is covered depends on your policy. With your agreement we can ask Global Excel for a guarantee of payment before you are seen. Where direct settlement is not in place, you pay at the visit and we give you an itemised invoice and medical report for your claim.
Global Excel’s case coordinators pre-approve doctor visits, and each payment to a provider carries an explanation of benefits we reconcile against.
