Does Collinson pay The Wellness directly?
We have no agreement with Collinson. With the traveller’s agreement we can ask for a guarantee of payment first. Otherwise they pay and claim.
What does the invoice for a Collinson case show?
Each service on its own line with its fee, the date, the doctor, and the guarantee or case reference on every page. Our fee schedule for insured and sponsored care is available to provider teams on request.
Which languages can a Collinson member be seen in?
Our doctors consult in English, and in Arabic for Collinson members who prefer it. An interpreter joins by telephone for other languages.
