Can a guest at The Connaught be seen in the room the same day?
A doctor usually can. The desk or the guest rings or messages the clinic with the room number and what is wrong, a doctor calls the guest first, and then comes to Carlos Place. The guest agrees the fee, from £450 for a visit, before the doctor sets out.
Can a guest at The Connaught come to you instead?
The Wellness, Baker Street on Baker Street is the closer of our two clinics to The Connaught, and a guest there is usually seen on the day they ask.
Can a guest combine a health check with time at Aman Spa?
Yes. Blood is usually drawn early in the morning, fasting, at the clinic or in the room, which leaves the rest of the day for Aman Spa. A doctor reads the results and talks them through with the guest before they leave The Connaught.
Can the butler arrange a doctor for a guest at The Connaught?
Yes. Suite guests have personal butlers at The Connaught, and the butler can ring us with the room. We then speak to the guest ourselves, and nothing clinical goes back through the butler.
Do you look after residents of the residences at The Connaught as well as hotel guests?
Yes. A resident can be seen at home in Mayfair or at The Wellness, Baker Street, and someone who lives in London for part of the year keeps the same doctor and one record between visits.
