Our blood test panels start from £245 for Lifestyle Lite (40+ biomarkers), £345 for Lifestyle (40+ biomarkers with GP consultation), £445 for Lifestyle & Hormones (70+ biomarkers), and £645 for Advanced (100+ biomarkers). All packages except Lite include a 30-min GP consultation and personal wellness action plan.

Can I get same-day blood test results in London?

Yes, most blood test results are available the same day if your sample is taken before 12pm. Comprehensive panels may take 24-48 hours. Results are delivered through our secure patient portal and reviewed by a GMC-registered doctor.

Do I need a GP referral for a private blood test?

No. You can book a private blood test directly with us without a GP referral. Our doctors will review your results and provide guidance. Our service is designed to give you direct access to comprehensive health testing without the wait times associated with NHS referrals.

What is included in a comprehensive blood test?

Our comprehensive Advanced panel tests 100+ biomarkers including full blood count, liver function, kidney function, thyroid, vitamins, hormones, cortisol, autoimmune markers, allergy panel, and cancer markers. It includes a 30-min GP consultation with priority booking and personal wellness action plan.

Can I get a blood test at home in London?

Yes. We offer home blood collection across London. A trained phlebotomist will visit your home or office at a time that suits you. Home visits cover Chelsea, Kensington, Mayfair, Knightsbridge, Marylebone, Canary Wharf, and surrounding areas.

Do I need to fast before my blood test?

Fasting for 10-12 hours is recommended for accurate results on metabolic markers like glucose, insulin, and triglycerides. You can drink water during the fasting period. We will advise you on specific requirements when you book.

How does a private blood test compare to NHS?

Private blood tests offer same-day or next-day appointments with no waiting lists, more comprehensive panels (up to 100+ biomarkers vs limited NHS tests), detailed consultations, and faster results. NHS tests are free but have longer waits and fewer biomarkers tested.

What times are walk-in blood tests available?

Walk-in blood tests are available Monday to Friday from 8am to 6pm, and Saturday from 9am to 2pm. For same-day results, we recommend arriving before 12pm. Appointments can also be booked online for your convenience.

Is the blood test procedure safe?

Yes, blood tests are extremely safe. All samples are taken by qualified phlebotomists using sterile, single-use equipment. Minor bruising may occur but is temporary. We follow strict clinical protocols and are regulated by the Care Quality Commission.

Which lab processes my blood samples?

All samples are processed by The Doctors Laboratory (TDL) — the UK's largest independent clinical laboratory. TDL is UKAS accredited, ISO 15189 certified, and trusted by NHS hospitals, Harley Street consultants, and leading research institutions across London.

Can I upgrade my blood test package later?

Yes. If your results suggest further investigation, you can upgrade to a higher package or add individual tests. Our GP will advise on the most appropriate next steps based on your results.

What happens after I get my blood test results?

You receive a detailed digital report through our secure patient portal. For packages including GP consultation, you will have a 30-minute call to discuss your results, understand what they mean, and receive a personalised wellness action plan with recommendations.
