Delivery
- Standard delivery
- Free, 1 to 3 working days after dispatch
- Next working day
- £25, order by 12pm on a working day
Orders placed before 12pm on a working day leave the same day. Later orders leave the next working day.
Returns
You can return unopened and unused items within 30 days of delivery.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
You can cancel an order for any reason within 14 days of delivery, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations.
Health products that arrive sealed cannot be returned once opened, for hygiene reasons.
If an item is faulty, the Consumer Rights Act gives you a repair, a replacement or a refund.
