Order once you have identified your correct size through the Oura Sizing Kit. On arrival, charge the ring on the included dock, download the Oura app on iOS or Android, and pair the ring following the app instructions. Wear on your preferred finger. Most users wear on the index or middle finger of the non dominant hand. The ring learns your baseline over the first 14 days and delivers increasingly accurate insights from then on.
