Noticed a real difference after about 6 weeks

Been taking this every morning with breakfast for a couple of months now. The urinary frequency at night has noticeably reduced — used to wake up two or three times, now it's usually once or not at all. Decent quality for the price, and it stacks well with the zinc I already take. Will be reordering.
