Finally something that actually targets the mouth

I'd been using a regular probiotic for ages and never thought about what it was actually doing for my teeth or gums. A friend who works in dentistry mentioned oral-specific probiotics and I found these. Been taking them about six weeks now — chewing one before bed after brushing — and my gums feel noticeably less irritated. Hard to attribute it to anything else as nothing else has changed. Bought these after a course of antibiotics left my mouth feeling off — dentist had mentioned that antibiotics can knock out the good bacteria in your mouth too, not just the gut. My next check-up went well, better than the previous one, which I'm putting down partly to these and partly to being more diligent generally. Would recommend for anyone in a similar situation.

I like these and I do think they're working — my hygienist commented that my gum line looked healthier at my last appointment. My only gripe is that £38.99 for a month's supply feels steep when you're buying it alongside other supplements. Wish they did a multipack or a loyalty discount. That said, the format is clever and the taste is fine — my 9-year-old takes one without any fuss at all.
