Been using this three times a week after long runs and it's made a real difference to how my legs feel the next day. Setup is straightforward, packs down reasonably well, and holds temperature better than I expected. At £632 it felt like a stretch but I've stopped paying for sports massage as often, so it's evening out.

Started using this ahead of half marathon training and kept it going after. The portability is the big selling point for me — I live in a flat and storage space is tight. Folds away nicely behind the door. Cold plunges used to feel like a luxury reserved for fancy gyms, not anymore.

Really happy with the pod overall — sturdy, holds water well, and the insulation is decent. My one gripe is the inflation valve cap. It's tiny and I've already misplaced it once. Would be a big improvement if it was tethered to the pod itself. Otherwise no complaints.

I'd been eyeing something like this for ages. Use it on Sunday evenings after long cycling sessions and the soreness the next morning is noticeably less. Takes about 15 minutes to fill with the garden hose and add ice. Does exactly what I needed.

Solid bit of kit. Holds its shape, doesn't leak, and the insulation keeps the water cold for a good while without constantly topping up with ice. Bought after a friend's recommendation and would pass that on.

I was worried this would take up too much space but it fits neatly on our patio and stores in the shed between uses. The material feels robust — not at all like the cheap inflatable paddling pool I tried before. Three months in, no issues with wear or seams.
