My winter staple

Been taking this every morning since October and I've genuinely not had so much as a sniffle. Whether that's the formula or luck, I'll keep buying it either way. Good value too at £20.

Solid daily supplement. I stack it with my vitamin D and it fits in seamlessly. Nothing dramatic to report — I just feel like I'm covering my bases.

Good but the tablets are huge

Works well and I've noticed I've been less run-down than usual this season. Only real issue is the tablets are quite large — I have to break them in half which is a bit annoying first thing in the morning. Would still recommend.

Bought these after a colleague kept getting ill and I wanted to avoid the same fate. Three months in and I've stayed well through a couple of nasty office bugs. Happy with that.

I started taking this before a busy stretch at work when I couldn't afford to get ill. I felt noticeably more resilient. Takes about two weeks to feel like it's doing something, but worth sticking with.

Decent, but the packaging could be better

The formula itself seems solid — I've been taking it daily for a couple of months and I think it's helping. My only gripe is the tub seal was already partially open when it arrived. Product was fine but a bit off-putting. Would be 5 stars with better packaging quality control.
