Unscrew the face of your Jolie Filtered Showerhead, take out the old filter and insert the new one. Add the cotton sponge, then twist the showerhead back together. Replace every 90 days as past that point the filter's efficacy wanes and it stops doing its job. Fits all Jolie Filtered Showerheads.
