Been tracking longevity markers with my GP for about a year now and added this about three months ago. Hard to isolate any single supplement but my sleep scores on my Oura have been notably more consistent. The liposomal delivery was the main reason I chose this over a cheaper powder form — bioavailability matters with something like spermidine. Would buy again.

Take this alongside NMN and a few other things each morning. No side effects, goes down fine. I appreciate that the brand is focused purely on this space rather than just adding spermidine to a generic anti-ageing blend. Still early days but I'm committed to a 6-month trial before judging.

The quality seems solid and I trust the liposomal format over standard capsules. My only real issue is the price — £54 for a month's supply is a stretch, especially when you're stacking several supplements. I'll keep buying it but I do wince a bit at checkout. Would love to see a bundle option.

Solid but the capsules are quite large

No complaints about the formulation itself — I've done enough reading to appreciate why the liposomal route is the right call here. But the capsules are noticeably bigger than most I take and can be a bit awkward first thing in the morning on an empty stomach. Not a dealbreaker, but worth knowing if that sort of thing bothers you.
