How to Take It

Apply a small amount around the entire eye contour every evening as the last step before moisturiser. Gently pat with your ring finger until absorbed. Start with Strength 3 if you are new to vitamin A or have sensitive skin. If you already use Crystal Retinal for your face, match your eye cream to the same strength. Use every other evening for the first two weeks, then build to nightly use as tolerated. Always follow with SPF 30+ the next morning. Do not use during pregnancy. Stop retinol and retinaldehyde 72 hours before any in-clinic treatments. Allow one full skin cycle (6 weeks) to assess results, though many users report visible improvement from the first use.

Noticeably different after a few weeks

Been using this for about six weeks now, applying a tiny amount each night after my serum. The skin under my eyes feels much plumper in the mornings and the fine lines I'd been stressing about have softened quite a bit. I was hesitant to use a retinal so close to my eyes but I've had zero irritation — it's genuinely gentle. At £68 it's not cheap but for the eye area I think it's worth paying for something that actually works rather than cycling through budget ones that do nothing.

Picked this up after my dermatologist mentioned retinaldehyde as the stronger option. A month in and the dark circles have faded more than they did after six months of a previous cream I was using. Doesn't pill under concealer either, which was my main worry. Will repurchase.

Great results but the tube is frustrating

The formula itself is lovely — my eye area looks smoother and a bit brighter after about three weeks of nightly use. My only gripe is the tube. It's so small that it's almost impossible to squeeze out the last quarter without cutting it open, which feels a bit much for a £68 product. I'd expect a slightly more practical design at this price point. Results are good enough that I'll buy again, but I hope they sort the packaging.
