How to use
Wear like any slide. To activate recovery, ensure the Hyperslide Pods are charged and seated magnetically in the upper strap of each slide. Press the on pod controls to select your heat and vibration levels, or connect via Bluetooth to the Hyperice app for full customisation. Each recovery session runs 15 minutes. Use after training, after competition, after travel, after long periods on your feet, or any time your feet feel tense or fatigued. Recharge the pods via the USB-C port when the battery indicator is low, approximately after six sessions. The slides can be worn as normal comfortable footwear at any time, with or without an active recovery session. Pods are removable for charging and for wearing the slides in wet environments.
