How to Take It

Shake gently before use. Adults 18+ take up to 15 drops (.5 mL) 1 to 3 times daily, or as recommended by a physician or healthcare professional. Been adding a few drops to my morning smoothie for about three weeks now and I've noticed my skin feels a lot less dry than usual. Wasn't sure liquid drops would be my thing but it's actually much easier than swallowing capsules. Will definitely repurchase.

Bought this after my naturopath mentioned pumpkin seed oil as something worth trying for hormonal balance. Too early to say anything definitive but I like how easy it is to take — just drop it under the tongue or stir into a bit of yoghurt. Nice that it's organic too.

Good product, dropper could be better

The oil itself seems good quality — neutral enough taste that I can put it in food without noticing it much. My only gripe is the dropper is a bit fiddly; the rubber bulb is quite stiff so it's hard to get a consistent dose each time. Would still buy again though.

Really like the quality and the fact it's certified organic. My issue is the bottle doesn't last very long if you're using the recommended amount daily — felt like I was reordering within three weeks. A larger size option would make it much better value for regular users.
