I started taking these about three months ago after reading about pumpkin seed oil for hair thinning. Didn't expect much honestly, but my hairdresser commented that my hair felt thicker at my last appointment. Take one with breakfast, easy to swallow, no aftertaste. Good value at this price too.

Swapped from a different brand that was nearly twice the price. Does what it says on the tin. Noticed my scalp feeling less irritated after a few weeks, which is what I was hoping for. Softgels are a decent size but go down fine with water.

Really happy with how these have fit into my routine — I take them at night alongside magnesium. Only gripe is the bottle only has 100 softgels, so at 2 capsules a day it runs out fast and feels a bit pricey per month if you're doubling up. The capsules themselves are fine, no smell or taste issues at all.
