Hydroxyapatite makes up the majority of your tooth enamel, and this toothpaste uses it to remineralise, strengthen, and whiten your teeth naturally, while wild mint, peppermint, tea tree, and botanical oils handle fresh breath and bacteria. So clean and non toxic it is safe enough to swallow. Founded by Kori Estrada, who created RiseWell after realising the everyday products in her home contained endocrine disrupting chemicals during her and her husband's fertility journey.

You read the back of your toothpaste once and it raised more questions than it answered. Sodium lauryl sulphate, the detergent that makes it foam and also strips the soft tissue in your mouth. Artificial sweeteners. Propylene glycol, the same compound used in antifreeze. Synthetic dyes. And a poison control warning on the back telling you to call a helpline if more than a pea sized amount is swallowed. You put this in your mouth twice a day, every day, and so do your children, and the packaging itself acknowledges it is not safe to swallow. That should have been a bigger question than it was.

Most natural toothpastes tried to solve this and failed on effectiveness. They removed the fluoride and the SLS and the synthetic ingredients, and in doing so removed the thing that made toothpaste work. RiseWell is built on hydroxyapatite, a form of calcium that makes up the bulk of your tooth enamel and dentine. Rather than removing fluoride and leaving a gap, RiseWell fills that gap with the mineral your teeth are already made of. Hydroxyapatite bonds to the tooth surface, remineralises weak spots, strengthens enamel, reduces sensitivity, and provides natural whitening and anti plaque action by restoring the smooth mineral surface of the tooth. It is the same compound used in enamel repair research and widely adopted in oral care across Japan, where hydroxyapatite toothpaste has been established for decades. Alongside it, wild mint and peppermint oils freshen breath and kill bacteria, tea tree provides antibacterial and antifungal action, orange, lemon and eucalyptus oils add anti inflammatory support, and cinnamon and thyme extracts contribute antimicrobial and antioxidant properties. Xylitol and erythritol sweeten naturally while actively discouraging the bacteria that cause decay.

How to Take It

Apply a small amount to your toothbrush and brush in gentle circular motions for two minutes. Use in the morning, after lunch, and after dinner for cleanest, whitest results. For optimal results, RiseWell recommends their three step routine: floss, rinse, then brush. Because the formula is free from fluoride and harmful ingredients, there is no need to spit excessively or rinse heavily afterward. Leaving a thin layer of hydroxyapatite on the teeth allows continued remineralisation. Safe if swallowed. Suitable for adults and children. Store at room temperature. 96g tube.
