Quality feels noticeably better than the Holland & Barrett stuff I was using before — no bloating, easy to swallow. My only gripe is that for £22.50 you don't get a huge number of capsules, so it works out quite costly per month if you're taking it daily. Still reordering, just wish the value was a bit sharper.
