Finally something that actually works

Been through so many supplements promising the world and delivering nothing. Started these about three months ago and my nails are noticeably stronger — they used to peel constantly. My hair feels thicker too, though that took longer to notice. Happy repeat buyer.

Good results but the capsules are quite large

I do think these are working — my skin has been noticeably clearer and my nails have stopped breaking so easily. My only gripe is the capsule size, they're on the bigger end and I do struggle a bit. Once you get used to it it's fine, but worth knowing.

Nails are the best they've ever been

I've had weak, brittle nails my whole adult life. Three months on these and I've had to actually cut them for the first time in ages rather than just waiting for them to snap off. Hair growth seems faster too. At £67.99 it's not cheap but I think it's worth it.
