Most people have no idea why they feel great one day and terrible the next, and no fitness tracker that counts steps and flashes a heart rate is going to tell them. WHOOP doesn't count steps. It doesn't have a screen. What it does is monitor your heart rate, HRV, blood oxygen, skin temperature, respiratory rate and stress continuously, 24 hours a day, and turn that data into three numbers that actually matter: how recovered you are, how much strain you can handle, and how much sleep you need tonight. Used by LeBron James, Michael Phelps and professional sports teams worldwide because it answers the question every serious athlete and health-conscious person asks every morning: am I ready to push today, or am I running on borrowed energy? The 5.0 adds Healthspan tracking with a Pace of Ageing metric that quantifies your physiological age and shows whether your daily habits are accelerating or slowing the ageing process. 14+ days battery life, waterproof to 10 metres, wireless charging that works while you wear it so you never lose a minute of data. Includes a 12-month WHOOP Peak membership, SuperKnit band and wireless PowerPack.
Not applicable. Hardware device.

Wear on your wrist or bicep (bicep band sold separately) 24 hours a day for continuous data collection. Charge using the included wireless PowerPack, which slides over the sensor so you never need to remove the band. Open the WHOOP app each morning to review your recovery score, strain recommendation and sleep performance. Use the daily coaching to decide training intensity, recovery priorities and sleep targets. For best results, wear consistently for at least 30 days to establish your personal baseline. Pair with our blood panels to correlate subjective recovery data with objective biomarkers like cortisol, testosterone, HbA1c and inflammatory markers. Compatible with iOS and Android. Not a medical device. Consult your doctor for health concerns.
We offer physician-led talks and events to help you learn more about how to deal with stress through movement, mindfulness, and refocusing.

Had fitness trackers before but none of them told me anything useful. This is different. The recovery score has genuinely changed how I train — I used to push hard every day and wonder why I plateaued. Now I actually listen to it and my half marathon times have improved. The Pace of Ageing feature is a bit humbling but also weirdly motivating.

I was sceptical at first because £240 is a lot. But three weeks in and I honestly don't know how I trained without it. Sleep tracking is the most accurate I've used — I can actually see how a late glass of wine tanks my HRV the next morning. No screen is a feature, not a flaw.

Took about a week to get used to checking the app instead of my wrist, but now I prefer it. Clean design, comfortable to sleep in, and the battery genuinely lasts two weeks.

She wanted me tracking recovery after a knee op and this is exactly what she had in mind. The strain recommendations have kept me from overdoing it. The Healthspan stuff is a bonus I didn't expect to care about but now check every week.

The data is brilliant and I trust the recovery scores after a couple of months of use. My only gripe is the app — there are too many sub-menus and I still occasionally can't find the Healthspan section without digging. Not a dealbreaker, just annoying when you're half asleep checking your morning stats.

Does exactly what it says. Sleep tracking is scary accurate and the HRV trends have helped me spot when I'm getting ill before I feel it.
