Nails are noticeably stronger

I'd been breaking nails constantly for months. About six weeks into taking these and they're genuinely longer and less bendy. Skin feels a bit more plump too, though that could be the time of year. Will keep buying.

Bought this on a whim after a friend swore by something similar. Three months in and my hairdresser actually commented that my hair felt thicker. I haven't changed anything else so I'm crediting these.

Good results but the capsules are quite large

Genuinely impressed with what this has done for my nails over about 8 weeks — they've stopped peeling which was a long-standing issue. My only gripe is the capsule size; I find them a bit awkward to swallow. Not a dealbreaker but worth knowing.

I don't usually leave reviews but I started taking these before a stressful few months at work when my hair was noticeably thinning at the temples. Four months on it genuinely looks better — fuller around the hairline. I take them before bed which seems to work well for me. Quality feels right for the price.
