The wellness aisle is full of guesses. Ours is not. Every product on this shop is reviewed by a GMC-registered clinician against current evidence — and we feature it only if we’d actually recommend it.

We only stock things our doctors would actually recommend in clinic. If a brand is fashionable but the evidence is thin, it does not make the boutique. The opposite is also true — quiet brands with strong data win.
We are not paid by brands to feature them. We do not run sponsored content. The list reflects what our doctors use with their own patients, and on themselves.
New evidence changes our recommendations. We re-review the catalogue and remove products that no longer meet the bar. The shop today is not the same shop as a year ago.
