The Wellness puts a GMC registered doctor and a registered nurse on set or on site in London for the day. They bring oxygen, a defibrillator and a trauma bag, treat in a unit room, dispense to the production, and write the incident record the same day. Cover notes go to your insurer before the call sheet.

A day is ten hours on the call sheet and a half day is five. Overnight, a second unit and a location outside the M25 are quoted before the shoot, never after it. Nothing is charged for a day that does not happen if the production office tells us before eight the evening before.
A week is comfortable and 48 hours is workable. Inside 48 hours we say yes or no on the call rather than take the booking and hope. A shoot that has already started and lost its cover is the one we will move things for, so ring rather than email.
The doctor treats on the spot, calls 999 where it is needed, and stays with the person until the ambulance leaves. The producer has a written record the same day. We do not decide whether the day continues, and we will tell you plainly when we think it should not.
Yes, and that is the usual reason a production books this. A member of the cast is our patient and their record is theirs. The production is told whether somebody is fit to work and nothing else, which is the only thing the production is entitled to know.
Only what a doctor needs to treat an emergency, in a locked container, signed in and out. We do not carry or supply anything for anybody to use recreationally, we will not write a private prescription for a person we have not consulted properly, and we say so before a production books us rather than on the day.
Not unless you ask. No production, studio or house is named anywhere on this site, and yours will not be either. The same runs the other way, so nothing about who was on your set leaves the clinic.
Day rates are on this page and they are the rates. A doctor and a nurse for a ten hour day, a doctor alone for a ten hour day, or a doctor for five hours. Overnight, a second unit and a location outside the M25 are quoted before the shoot.
We cover London and the studios inside the M25 as a matter of course. Beyond that we quote travel and accommodation with the day rate before you commit, and we would rather say no to a distance we cannot serve well than send somebody who arrives tired.
