For residences and managing agents

One line the front desk rings, and a code every resident already has on the day they move in.

A doctor in the building within the hour, for every residence, without any resident buying anything

The Wellness covers a whole building for a fee per residence per year, set into the service charge. A resident rings one number and a GMC registered doctor is in the building within the hour. Video and telephone consultations any day, a blood panel in the residence, and a specialist found and booked when one is needed.

How it sits in the service charge

A residence, for a year

from £4,860 a year

per residence

One invoice a year to the managing agent, per residence, apportioned the way the rest of the charge is. It is a fixed line rather than a usage one, so a budget set in March is the budget in December. A residence that stands empty for the year still holds the cover, because a building sells the amenity rather than the appointment.

What a managing agent asks

Per residence, per year, into the service charge. The figure on this page is the figure, and it does not move with how much any residence uses. A building of 40 and a building of 400 pay the same per residence, because the doctor is the same doctor.

The second is told a time before anybody waits, and we would rather say ninety minutes and arrive in seventy than promise an hour we cannot keep. Above a certain size a building has a second doctor named to it and we tell you where that line falls before you sign.

No. The resident is our patient, the clinical relationship is with them, and every doctor carries their own medical indemnity. We hold public liability and professional indemnity cover and the certificates go to your risk team before we start.

Nothing at the door for anything in the bundle. A resident who wants something beyond it, a scan or a specialist appointment or a treatment, is told the price before it happens and pays us directly. The building is never billed for it and never told about it.

The cover follows the residence rather than the person, so the new owner has it from completion and the old owner keeps their record. A resident who moves out of the building and wants to keep us takes a membership, and that is their arrangement rather than the building.

Not unless you ask us to in writing. No development, developer or managing agent is named anywhere on this site and yours will not be either. The page we build for your building is not indexed until you ask for that too.

A number for the front desk, the count of residences, and half an hour. The code and the building page are live the same day and the first invoice is raised at the start of the service charge year rather than mid way through it.

The doctor knows which lift goes to the eleventh floor before the first time anybody rings.

One email on a Friday, written by a doctor, with nothing to buy in it.
