Freeze-drying preserves the nutrient integrity of the raw liver, and nothing is added: no fillers, preservatives or sweeteners.

Liver is one of the most nutrient-dense foods there is, naturally rich in vitamin A, B12, iron and choline. These capsules are for people who want those nutrients without cooking liver.

If you are new to organ supplements, begin with 2 capsules a day and build up as directed on the label. Vitamin A intake matters in pregnancy: if you are pregnant or trying to conceive, check with your midwife or GP before use.
