KIKI Health's Magnesium Oil Spray is a transdermal magnesium spray: 31% magnesium chloride with other naturally occurring trace minerals, in a simple spray bottle. Despite the name it is a water-based solution, not an oil, and it is odourless.

Applied to the skin after a shower or bath, it absorbs quickly and avoids the digestive route entirely, which suits anyone who does not get on with oral magnesium.

Spray 5 to 20 sprays onto the area you want to cover and massage lightly into the skin. A mild tingling is common at first and usually settles with regular use.
