Medical officesFor Bahraini families in London
Private doctors in London for citizens of Bahrain
The Wellness sees Bahraini families the same day in Marylebone and Belgravia, or at their hotel or home in London, with a doctor who speaks Arabic. Each Bahraini family receives a written report as soon as the consultation ends, ready to take home.

Same day appointments for Bahraini families
Bahraini families are seen in clinic or at home the day they call, in Arabic or English, with the report in their hands.
The embassy is on Belgrave Square, a short walk from our Belgravia clinic on Eccleston Street, which is where most Bahraini families staying nearby are seen.
Arabic speaking doctors and team
Dr Adel Elalfy sees Bahraini patients in Arabic. A woman can ask for a woman doctor, such as Dr Heidi Hamer, and a companion can be seen at the same visit.
Reports to the family
A Bahraini family takes the written report home the same day, in English, and with their consent we send it to their doctor or insurer in Bahrain.
Care in our other cities
From London a Bahraini patient can continue care in any of our 12 other cities, with the record sent ahead with their consent.
How it works with a letter of guarantee
- 01
The letter
Where the embassy sponsors the care, it sends us a letter of guarantee naming the Bahraini patient, the care covered and the dates.
- 02
We confirm
We confirm the letter for the embassy the same working day.
- 03
The visit
The Bahraini patient is seen where they are staying, or in clinic.
- 04
The report
The report reaches the embassy as soon as the consultation ends.
- 05
The invoice
Each invoice is itemised and carries the letter’s reference.
What the embassy sends us
The letter of guarantee, the Bahraini patient’s name and date of birth as the passport gives them, a telephone number, and where they are staying in London.
Referral to senior consultants
When a Bahraini patient needs a specialist, our doctors refer to consultants on the GMC Specialist Register through One Heart Clinic, and Guy’s and St Thomas’ Specialist Care at the Royal Brompton Diagnostic Centre.

Refer a citizen
For Bahraini families, and for anyone at the embassy helping one. A doctor calls the patient once the form is in.

Questions
Is there a private GP near the Bahrain embassy?
Our Belgravia clinic is at 9 Eccleston Street, London SW1W 9LX, a short walk from Belgrave Square. A Bahraini patient can usually be seen there the same day.
Can a doctor visit a Bahraini family at their London flat?
Yes. A doctor calls first, then visits, and the fee is agreed before the visit. Several members of the family can be seen at once.
What does a Bahraini patient take home?
A written report in English, an itemised invoice and any prescriptions, so a doctor or an insurer in Bahrain has everything they need.
Can a patient continue care in another city?
Yes. We are in Dubai, Paris, Milan and other cities, and with the patient’s consent the doctor there reads the London record first.
Who reads the blood results?
The doctor who saw the patient, who calls with the results and writes them into the report, usually within a few days.
