Private doctors in London for citizens of Saudi Arabia
The Wellness sees citizens of Saudi Arabia the same day in Marylebone and Belgravia, or at their hotel or home in London, with a doctor who speaks Arabic. The Saudi Medical Section receives a written report as soon as each consultation ends, with a copy for the citizen.
Updated
Same day appointments for Saudi families
Each Saudi patient is seen the day the request arrives, in Arabic, and the Saudi Medical Section is told when the visit is done.
Queen Anne Street is a few minutes from Harley Street and from our Baker Street clinic, where a Saudi patient can be seen in Arabic the same day.
Arabic speaking doctors and team
For Saudi patients, Dr Adel Elalfy consults in Arabic. Dr Heidi Hamer sees women who prefer a woman doctor, and a companion is seen at the same visit when they need it.
Reports to the office
When a consultation ends, the report for the Saudi Medical Section is already written, in English, ready to send on to Saudi Arabia. The patient has the same report.
Care in our other cities
The Wellness is in 13 cities. A Saudi patient who begins care in London can continue it with our partners in the next city, and with consent the record goes too.
How it works with a letter of guarantee
- 01
The office writes
Where the Saudi Medical Section sponsors the care, it sends us a letter of guarantee naming the Saudi patient, the care covered and the dates.
- 02
We confirm
The same working day we confirm the Saudi letter and agree a time.
- 03
The visit
The visit is in clinic or at the hotel, in Arabic or English.
- 04
The report
The report reaches the Saudi Medical Section as soon as the consultation ends.
- 05
The invoice
Each invoice is itemised and carries the letter’s reference.
What the Saudi Medical Section sends us
The letter of guarantee, the Saudi patient’s name and date of birth as the passport gives them, a telephone number, and where they are staying in London.
Referral to senior consultants
When a Saudi patient needs a specialist, our doctors refer to consultants on the GMC Specialist Register through One Heart Clinic, and Guy’s and St Thomas’ Specialist Care at the Royal Brompton Diagnostic Centre.

Refer a citizen
For the Saudi Medical Section and the Saudi families it looks after. A doctor calls the patient once the form is in.
About the Saudi Medical Section
Each line is read from an official source, with the date we read it.
Questions
Where is the Saudi Medical Section in London?
At 60 Queen Anne Street, London W1G 8HP, according to the London Diplomatic List. Our own clinic is at 4 Baker Street, a short walk away.
Can a Saudi student or family member see a GP in Arabic?
Yes. A doctor who speaks Arabic can see them in clinic or at home, and the written report is in English so it can go to the Medical Section if it is sponsoring the care.
How are invoices raised against a letter of guarantee?
Against the letter, line by line, with its reference on every page and nothing billed that the letter does not cover without asking first.
Can a patient be seen at a hotel rather than the clinic?
Yes. A doctor visits hotels and homes across London the same day where the diary allows, and the visit fee is confirmed before the doctor sets out.
Who sees the patient if they need tests or imaging?
The GP arranges blood tests the same day and imaging through our partners, then refers to a consultant on the GMC Specialist Register when one is needed.
