How to Get a Sick Note Online
Step 1: Book Video Consultation
Book online or via WhatsApp. Same-day slots available.
Step 2: Brief Consultation
5-10 minute video call with our GP. Discuss your condition and work requirements.
Step 3: Fit Note Issued
Doctor completes fit note. Emailed to you immediately as PDF.
Step 4: Send to Employer
Forward the PDF to your employer. It's a valid legal document.

Understanding Sick Notes
Self-Certification (Days 1-7):
For the first 7 days of illness, you self-certify. No doctor's note needed.
Fit Note (Day 8+):
From day 8 onwards, employers can request a fit note from a doctor.
Fit Note Options:
"Not fit for work" - You cannot work at all
"May be fit for work" - You could work with adjustments (reduced hours, different duties, etc.)
