The best concierge doctors in Beverly Hills, and how to choose
The best concierge doctor in Beverly Hills is one who has room for your family, sees you the same day and coordinates your specialists, and published membership fees reach $20,000 a year at Beverly Hills Concierge Health Center. Memberships built around urgent care start from $4,000 a year at Sollis Health, and Medicare does not pay any membership fee.

What a concierge doctor is
A concierge doctor charges an annual fee for access, and concierge and direct primary care practices often look after smaller panels of patients than a traditional practice does. Between 2018 and 2023 the number of these practice sites in the United States grew by 83.1%, and the number of clinicians working in them grew by 78.4% [1].
About 60% of those clinicians also took part in Medicare, which the authors read as a sign of concierge or hybrid practice, where insurance pays for care and the fee pays for access [1]. Medicare itself does not pay a concierge membership fee, and a doctor who offers concierge care must still follow Medicare rules for the services Medicare covers [2].
When a concierge practice is the right answer
For a family that wants one practice to hold every record, with tests and imaging close at hand, a full concierge practice is the right answer. Beverly Hills Concierge Health Center publishes two tiers. Premiere costs $12,000 a year for the primary member and $9,000 for a second member. Elite costs $20,000 for the primary member and $15,000 for a second [3].
Both tiers list same day appointments, same day access to imaging on site, medical visits at home, faster appointments with specialists and help arranging referrals [3]. The practice notes that home and on-site services depend on availability and may carry extra charges, so ask what a typical year of care would cost on top of the fee.
When an urgent care membership is the right answer
If what you want most is fast care when something goes wrong, a membership built around urgent care suits you better. Sollis Health has a flagship centre in Beverly Hills, and its Signature membership starts from $4,000 a year [4]. It gives you emergency trained clinicians, virtual care at any hour, blood tests and imaging on site depending on the centre, and help reaching specialists sooner. House calls cost extra at this tier.
Sollis Platinum starts at $12,000 a year, paid annually, and the price varies with age and the services you choose [5]. It adds advanced imaging when it is medically necessary, three house calls for each member every year and a dedicated liaison. Sollis lists Southern California as one of its regions.
If you need a doctor only now and then, a house call practice may be enough without any membership. Urgent Care Beverly Hills charges $975 for a visit at your home, hotel or office, with travel, prescriptions and follow-up included, and says it is available every day of the year, including after hours [6].
What the evidence says about concierge care
Research on concierge care is still limited. A 2025 systematic review in the American Journal of Medicine found little evidence so far that concierge medicine improves patients' clinical outcomes, and reported higher satisfaction among both patients and doctors [7]. The review also noted ethical concerns about access for people who cannot pay.
The American Medical Association sets out in its Code of Medical Ethics what a retainer practice owes its patients. A practice should present the terms of the arrangement clearly, avoid implying that the fee buys more or better medical services, and help any patient who decides not to join to move to another doctor [8]. Ask any practice you are considering to show you its contract before you sign.
Who you see is changing too. Between 2018 and 2023 the share of clinicians in these practices who were physicians fell from 67.3% to 59.7%, and independent ownership fell from 84.0% to 59.7% as practices owned by larger companies grew [1]. Ask whether your visits will be with a physician or with a nurse practitioner or physician assistant, and who owns the practice.
Six questions to ask before you choose
These questions apply to any practice, including ours. The answers will tell you more than a list of services.
- How many patients does each doctor look after?
- Is there room for my whole family, including the children?
- Will I be seen the same day, and by whom?
- Which hospitals does the doctor work with, and who coordinates my specialists?
- What does the fee cover, and what is charged on top?
- If I leave, how will my records and care be handed on?

Questions
How much does a concierge doctor cost in Beverly Hills?
Published fees run from $4,000 a year for Sollis Signature to $20,000 a year for the Elite tier at Beverly Hills Concierge Health Center, which charges $15,000 for a second member. House calls and some services on site can cost extra.
Does Medicare pay for concierge medicine?
Medicare does not pay a concierge membership fee. A doctor who offers concierge care must still follow Medicare rules for the services Medicare covers, and you pay for anything it does not cover. Private plans differ, so check yours before you sign up.
Is concierge medicine worth it?
It is worth it when you use what the fee buys, which is same day access, longer visits and a doctor who coordinates your specialists. A 2025 systematic review found limited evidence so far that it improves clinical outcomes, and higher satisfaction among patients and doctors.
Do concierge doctors in Beverly Hills make house calls?
Several do. Beverly Hills Concierge Health Center lists visits at home in both of its tiers, subject to availability. Sollis Platinum includes three house calls for each member every year, and at the Signature tier house calls cost extra.
