What a private doctor costs in Beverly Hills
A private doctor in Beverly Hills costs $975 for a house call at home, hotel or office and up to $20,000 a year for a concierge membership, both published by Beverly Hills practices. A phone consultation costs $500 at the same house call practice, and Medicare does not pay any concierge membership fee.

The highest fees, a year of concierge care
The highest published membership in Beverly Hills is the Elite tier at Beverly Hills Concierge Health Center, at $20,000 a year for the primary member and $15,000 for a second member of the household [1]. Its Premiere tier costs $12,000 for the primary member and $9,000 for a second [1].
Sollis Health prices its Platinum membership from $12,000 a year, paid annually, with the final figure depending on your age and the services you add [2]. Its Signature membership starts from $4,000 a year and covers visits with emergency trained clinicians, on-site tests and virtual care, with house calls charged separately [3].
What a single visit costs
If you would rather pay for each visit, a house call has the clearest price. Urgent Care Beverly Hills charges $975 for a visit at your home, hotel or office, and states that the fee covers travel, the examination, prescriptions and follow-up [4]. It describes a doctor at your door in about 60 minutes, and a phone consultation costs $500, depending on the complaint [4]. For Beverly Hills and the neighbourhoods around it, the practice gives a typical arrival window of 30 to 90 minutes, and it is available after hours, at weekends and on holidays [4].
A single visit suits a short stay, a child with a fever in a hotel room or an illness that keeps you in bed. For care over months or years it works less well, because a doctor you see once may not have your full record or know your history. Ask the visiting doctor to send a note of the visit to your own doctor.
What insurance and Medicare pay
Most of these fees are paid by the patient first. Urgent Care Beverly Hills works outside insurance networks and gives you a superbill to claim from your insurer. It says most PPO plans repay part of the house call fee, and it accepts HSA and FSA cards [4].
Medicare does not cover membership fees for concierge care, and you pay all costs for services Medicare does not cover. A doctor who does not accept Medicare assignment may charge up to 15% above the Medicare approved amount for a covered service [5].
Paying a fee does not always mean leaving your insurance behind. From 2018 to 2023, roughly 60% of clinicians in concierge and direct primary care practices took part in Medicare, which suggests many of these practices bill insurance for care alongside the fee [6].
What the difference in price buys
The gap between $4,000 and $20,000 a year is mostly time, place and how much is arranged for you. At the top, Beverly Hills Concierge Health Center lists same day appointments, imaging on site on the day, medical visits at home and quicker appointments with specialists [1]. Sollis Platinum adds three house calls for each member each year and advanced imaging when it is medically necessary [2]. A new Platinum member also chooses one test at the start, a multi cancer blood test, an allergy test or, for members over 40, a heart CT calcium scan, and receives two guest passes for Signature services [2].
The American Medical Association asks doctors in retainer practices to explain the terms of the arrangement plainly, including how it affects your insurance, and to bill honestly, keeping charges for extra services apart from insured care [7]. Read the contract with that in mind, and ask which visits and scans would cost more.
If your own doctor moves to a concierge model and you decide not to pay the fee, the same guidance asks the practice to help you move to another doctor. Where no other doctor is available nearby, it asks the practice to keep treating you under your existing insurance until other arrangements are made [7].
Five questions to ask about the price
Ask these before you pay a fee to any practice, including ours.
- Is the fee for one person or the household, and what does a second member pay?
- Which visits, tests and scans are included, and which are charged on top?
- Does a house call carry its own fee?
- Will you give me a superbill so I can claim from my insurer?
- Can I pay with an HSA or FSA card?
