Ask the clinical evidence.
At no charge for verified clinicians. One answer without an account.
Decision support for registered healthcare professionals. It does not replace clinical judgement.
An answer you can check before you act on it.
Ask in the words you would use with a colleague. Every sentence that comes back names the paper or the guideline behind it, and each one carries its grade.
How an answer is built.
- It reads the questionPopulation, intervention, comparator and outcome come out of your sentence, and decide which sources are worth asking.
- It asks twenty sources at oncePubMed, Europe PMC, Cochrane, NICE, the royal colleges, TRIP, ClinicalTrials and the medicines compendium among them, together rather than in turn.
- It reads the strongest papersThe pool is reranked, near duplicates are dropped, and what survives is read rather than counted.
- It grades what it foundEach source takes a GRADE band from its study design, and a retraction is flagged where the record shows one.
- It checks itselfEvery claim is put back to the sources it cites. A claim nothing supports does not reach you.
Written to be checked.
A clinical answer is only worth the sources under it. Every sentence here names the paper or the guideline it came from, and the citation opens the source itself, not a summary of it.
That is also the point of the abstention. An answer service that always answers is telling you it found something, every time, about everything. This one will tell you when it did not.
